You have just purchased a digital movie code redeemable in Movies Anywhere for a digital version of the movie, which will be added to your Movies Anywhere collection.

2. How do I get the code?

The code is available to you via the link on the confirmation page and will also will be delivered to you via an email confirmation.

3. I didn’t get an email confirmation. How do I know you received my order?

If you didn’t receive an email confirmation there is a good chance that there was a glitch in the system. Please contact our customer support for next steps.

4. How do I redeem my code?

Once you have purchased a code, go to the redeem section of Movies Anywhere and enter the digital code you purchased.

5. Can I redeem this code on a different platform than Movies Anywhere?

Our digital movie codes can only be redeemed on Movies Anywhere.

6. What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept ApplePay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Wire Transfers, and Credit Cards

7. Can I place an order outside of the United States?

The digital movies codes can only be redeemed in the United States.

8. Can I get a refund?

9. What if my purchase did not go through and I was charged for it?

You can report a problem with any purchase that you’ve made in the last 30 days. Please contact customer support and have your order ID available in your request.
